Summer, I found him by just checking random servers and I got lucky. here’s how i did it (you have to be fast because he sometimes only stays on a server for 15-20 minutes) log onto a server and check places like ship deck, ship hold, beach, snow forts, ice berg, pizza parlor, dance club. dont stay too long, just check for a bunch of penguins grouped in one spot. if you dont find him, check another server. GOOD LUCK!!!
